First launched in 2021, IWMSE was established to provide a dedicated forum for presenting recent results in the field of Magnetron Sputter Epitaxy (MSE) and for exchanging new ideas, concepts, and experiences. The workshop brings together the diverse scientific community working with and actively advancing MSE techniques.

IWMSE offers an opportunity to discuss current developments, share research findings, and explore future perspectives in magnetron sputtering epitaxy. At the same time, it is designed to strengthen connections within the community, encourage collaboration across institutions and disciplines, and support the continued growth and visibility of this evolving field.

Researchers, students, and industry experts are warmly invited to contribute to the discussion, present their work, and connect with colleagues from academia and applied research.
